Our calendar fills up fast and we recommend booking with Glam Room as soon as you have your wedding date, venue and photographer secured.

Our 2026 calendar is now open and our 2027 Calendar opens in January 2026.

Booking is simple. Submit an inquiry through our website, and we’ll confirm our availability. Once you receive your custom proposal, a signed contract and a $200 retainer will officially secure your date. You will receive an invoice via email to pay your deposit. From there, our stress-free booking process keeps you informed every step of the way, no need to follow up.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, cash, klarna & afterpay.

An invoice for your deposit & final payment will be sent to you via email. The deposit is due when we receive your accepted contract and your final payment is due two months prior to the wedding date. Credit card payments 3.5% transaction fee, bank transfers 1.5% fee, klarna & afterpay 6% fee will be assumed. If a bridesmaid/s decide to pull out once the final invoice is sent out, you will still be responsible for the final invoice cost of services.

Paying by cash? Final payment is to be prepared by bride prior to wedding morning so it is ready for our stylists the day of your wedding. Cash payment will be collected in full the morning of your wedding prior to any services being rendered (no exceptions). We only accept cash as a form of payment on the day of wedding. No personal checks.

Prices are subject to change as attendees may need changes or as services are added or upgraded. Prices do not include gratuity. We will not accept credit/debit cards or checks on day of services.

We do not accept personal checks.

The quoted service fee does not include travel fees. Travel fess are calculated at $2 per mile (per artist) to and from location from our studio in North Wales (19454). Additional travel expenses may apply for locations outside the specified area, including parking fees, tolls and accommodation if necessary. Client is responsible for all additional travel expenses (per artist) to and from location. Additional travel fees must be paid by Cash on the day of event.

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior to your wedding, client is responsible for 100% of the final balance. All cancellations must be submitted and communicated in written form by email at least 120 days before the wedding date.

Any cancellations 90 days prior to the wedding date, the client is responsible for 50% of the final balance due.

If a bridesmaid/s decide to pull out once the final invoice is sent out, you will still be responsible for the final invoice cost of services.

If the event is rescheduled, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling by the makeup artist due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of the deposit.

In the event of cancellation, the credit card used to submit your deposit will be charged. The booking fee is non refundable or transferable.

We include two artists so that both your bridal party and bride can be styled at the same time, this ensures your morning flows smoothly and efficiently. With seven or more people booked, having two professionals working simultaneously helps us maintain the schedule while allowing each person to shine. Plus, it builds in a helpful buffer for any last-minute touch-ups or timing adjustments—keeping your big day running perfectly on time and looking absolutely beautiful.
