  • A signed bridal agreement and a $250 non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. The retainer is applied toward your final balance.

  • The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your wedding day.

  • Absolutely. We love working with brides booking a solo luxury experience. Our Refined Bride Experience was thoughtfully designed for brides who want a beautifully elevated, one-on-one experience.

  • Yes, we offer both on-location and in-studio bridal makeup services.

    Travel within our included service radius is covered in select bridal collections. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond that range.

  • While Glam Room specializes in makeup artistry, we’re happy to connect you with our trusted luxury hairstylist partners for a seamless beauty experience.

  • Your bridal preview (trial) is a collaborative luxury appointment where we design and refine your wedding day look together.

    This includes:
    • skin prep assessment
    • soft glam customization
    • lash selection
    • complexion matching
    • lip color refinement
    • beauty timeline discussion

  • We typically recommend scheduling your bridal preview 8–12 weeks before your wedding day, once your dress, overall aesthetic, and wedding details are finalized.

  • We typically allow:
    Bride: approximately 75 minutes
    Bridal party / attendants: approximately 45 minutes per person

    A personalized beauty timeline is created prior to your wedding day.

  • Always.

    With over 20 years of professional artistry experience, we specialize in working beautifully across all skin tones, textures, undertones, and mature skin.

  • Our bridal makeup is designed using luxury long-wear techniques and professional products to ensure your look lasts beautifully from your first photo through your final dance.

  • Yes. If you’re changing your dress, transitioning from ceremony to reception, or simply want a fresh evening look, second look services can be added based on availability.

  • We understand wedding details evolve.

    Please let us know as soon as possible if service counts change so we can adjust timing and artist support accordingly.

  • Absolutely — mothers, bridesmaids, guests, and other VIPs are welcome to book makeup services as part of your bridal experience.
